We want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury alpaca knitwear. If your sweater doesn't provide the perfect fit or feel, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed alpaca sweater in its original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
